استهدف البحث وضع قائمة مقترحة بالمتطلبات التربوية اللازمة لتحقيق بيئة جامعية نموذجية على ضوء مدخل الإرجونوميکس، مستخدما المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلک من خلال الدراسة النظرية التحليلية للمدخل وتوظيفه في المجال التربوي بإسهام عناصره وأبعاده وتطبيقاته في تحقيق البيئة الجامعية النموذجية ، وتحليل مقوماتها الداعمة لتطبيقات المدخل المختار ، مع عرض الأسس المعيارية الحاکمة التي يَستند إليها مدخل الإرجونوميکس في تحقيق تلک البيئة توصلا في نهاية المطاف إلى وضع قائمة بالمتطلبات التربوية اللازمة لتحقيق بيئة جامعية نموذجية على ضوء مدخل الإرجونوميکس بعد تحکيمها لصوغها في صورة نهائية تعظم معها الإفادة من خلال الأخذ بتطبيقات هذا المدخل في بناء البيئة الجامعية ابتداء أو تحديثها لتحقيق المثالية فيها انتهاء لما بينهما من علاقة وثيقة بناء وتحديثاً.
 
ABSTRACT
 
Educational requirements necessary to achieve a model university environment based on Ergonomics approach (Human engineering)
 
This research aimed to propose a list of the educational requirements needed for achieving a model university environment according to the Ergonomics approach utilizing the analytical descriptive research. The research was based on the analytical theoretical study of the approach and the utilization of its elements, dimensions and applications in education to develop a model university environment, analyze its scaffoldings for the application of the target approach. The research also explored the governing normative foundations of the Ergonomics approach to achieve the model environment of the university. The results yielded a list of the educational requirements needed for achieving a model university environment according to the Ergonomics approach. This list comes to its ultimate benefits via administering its applications in designing a model university environment at first, and then it would be updated to achieve perfectness at last based on the close relationship between the both ways
