مداخل مواجهة ظاهرة التنمر الإلکتروني لدى طلاب الجامعة من وجهة نظر بعض خبراء التربية

استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على المداخل التي يمکن من خلالها مواجهة ظاهرة التنمر الإلکتروني لدى طلاب الجامعة، وتقديم عدة آليات مقترحة وإجراءات تنفيذية يمکن من خلال اتباعها تفعيل تلک المداخل والتغلب على ظاهرة التنمر الإلکتروني لدى طلاب الجامعة.
استعانت الدراسة بإجراءات المنهج الوصفي، نظرا لمناسبته لطبيعتها، مستخدمة الاستبانة التي تم إعدادها وتقنينها وتطبيقها على عينة من خبراء التربية ممثلة في أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية، للتعرف على أهم مداخل مواجهة التنمر الإلکتروني لدى طلاب الجامعة من وجهة نظرهم. حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (139) عضو هيئة تدريس، بنسبة تمثيل (5%) من المجتمع الأصلي البالغ (2771) عضوا، في تخصصات أصول التربية وعلم النفس والمناهج وطرق التدريس، وتکنولوجيا التعليم، وقد بلغ عدد الاستبيانات الصالحة للتفريغ والتحليل الإحصائي (119) استبانة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مداخل مواجهة ظاهرة التنمر الإلکتروني لدى طلاب الجامعة، تتمثل في (الأمن الرقمي– تنمية الوازع الديني- الدعم الأسري- تطبيق القوانين الرقمية- الأمن النفسي– الدعم الإعلامي– دعم الأقران) وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات وآليات إجرائية يمکن من خلال اتباعها تفعيل تلک المداخل لمواجهة ظاهرة التنمر الإلکتروني لدى طلاب الجامعة.
The current study aimed to identify the approaches of educational, which can from which the face of the phenomenon of cyber bullying to the students of the university, the provision of several mechanisms proposed and procedures executive can be of through followers of overcoming the phenomenon of cyber bullying to the students of the university.
The study used the descriptive method, in view of its relevance to nature, using the questionnaire that has been prepared and codified and applied to a sample of members of staff teaching by faculties of education in universities Egyptian, to identify the most important entrances to the face of cyber bullying I have university students from the point of view. Where the total sample study (139) member body of teaching, by representation (5 %) of the society the original adult (2771) member, in the disciplines of the assets of education and science of psychology, curricula and methods of teaching, and technology education, has reached the number of questionnaires are valid for unloading and analysis of statistical (119) Resolution.
The study concluded that the approaches to confront the phenomenon of cyber bullying to students of the university  , is the (digital security - religious faith development - support family - the application of digital laws - psychological security - media support - peer support) and provided the study several recommendations and mechanisms of procedure can be followed to activate these approaches to confront the phenomenon of cyber bullying among university students.
