الثقــافة التنظيـميـة وأثرها عـلي الإبـداع الإداري دراسة ميدانية علي مديرات رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي التعرف علي أثر الثقافة التنظيمية علي الإبداع الإداري لدي مديرات رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فقد قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة معتمدة علي بعض الدراسات السابقة، حيث تم التأکد من مصداقية معامل الثبات لها، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة فى جميع مديرات رياض الأطفال بالکويت، وقد تم تحديد العينة من خلال طريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وبلغ عددها وقوامها (350) مفردة، بواقع (82) إدارية، و(268) معلمة، وتمت مراعاة المتغيرات الديموجرافية لعينة الدراسة، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالحاسب الآلي واستخدام برنامج إحصائي حزمة البرمجيات الواردة فى برنامج (SPSS)، حيث تم التوصل إلي العديد من النتائج يمکن إيجازها فيما يلي: أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود سياسات وتشريعات تدعم قواعد العمل وتساعد فى تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة، واتضح ذلک من خلال وجود العبارة التي تنص علي أن مديرة رياض الأطفال تتمسک بتطبيق اللوائح والقرارات المنظمة للعمل فى المرتبة الأولي بوزن نسبي (66.40%)، ومتوسط حسابي (3.32)، ودرجة تحقق " موافق بشدة، کما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود روح الفريق بين کافة العاملين بالمؤسسة، واتضح ذلک من خلال وجود العبارة التي تنص علي أن مديرة المؤسسة تجتمع مع العاملين بصفة دورية لعرض التوجهات والإجراءات التنفيذية والمتجددة دائماً فى المرتبة الأولي بوزن نسبي (59%)، ومتوسط حسابي (2.95)، ودرجة تحقق " موافق ".
