برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات البحث الإجرائي لدى معلمي ومعلمات فصول الموهوبين/ ات

هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات البحث الإجرائي لدى معلمي ومعلمات فصول الموهوبين/ـات. وتم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان باستخدام عدد من الأدوات للکشف عن حاجة معلمي ومعلمات فصول الموهوبين/ـات إلى برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات البحث الإجرائي باستخدام أسلوب تحليل المهمة متمثل في: المقابلة مع رئيسة قسم الموهوبات بإدارة تعليم صبيا، بناء استبيان تم تطبيقه على عينة قوامها 24 معلم و18 معلمة من معلمي ومعلمات فصول الموهوبين بإدارة تعليم صبيا. ومراجعة للسجلات والتقارير الخاصة. وذلک کخطوة لبناء وتصميم البرنامج. وأظهرت نتائج الاستبيان أن هناک حاجة لبرنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات البحث الإجرائي لدى معلمي ومعلمات فصول الموهوبين/ـات بإدارة تعليم صبيا وذلک بمتوسط حسابي 1.79 في الفئة الثانية (من 50 – 2) وبانحراف معياري 0.28 في بعد مفهوم البحث الإجرائي. وأن هناک حاجة لدى معلمي ومعلمات فصول الموهوبين/ـات إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات البحث الإجرائي في بعــد مهارات البحث الإجرائي بمتوسط حسابي 1.48 في الفئة الثانية من (1.50- 2) بانحراف معياري 0.41. وظهرت الحاجة إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات البحث الإجرائي لمعلمي ومعلمات فصول الموهوبين/ـات بمتوسط حسابي 1.62 في الفئة الثانية من (من 1.50- 2) بانحراف معياري 0.38 بشکل عام. وبلغت نسبة الحاجة التدريبية لمعلمي ومعلمات فصول الموهوبين/ـات على الاستبيان 100%. کما أکدت نتائج المقابلة ومراجعة السجلات والتقارير الخاصة على ذلک. وفي ضوءه قام الباحثان ببناء البرنامج التدريبي باعتماد المخطط العام لبناء البرنامج التدريبي لمعلمي رعاية الموهوبين وفق معايير مصفوفة تکامل الأهداف ( Matrix of integration target) MIT لبناء مناهج التدريب.
Abstract
This research aimed to build a training program to develop action research skills for teachers of gifted students. The descriptive and analytical method was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The researchers used a number of tools to reveal the need of teachers of gifted students for a training program to develop action research skills. The research used Task analysis method which consisted of: Interviewing the head of the gifted department of Sabya Education Department, building a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of 24male teachers and 18 female teachers from the gifted classes in Sabya Education Department. The research reviewed of the documents and special reports. The results of the questionnaire showed that there is a need for a training program to develop action research skills for teachers of gifted students: with an average of 1.79 in the second category (from 50-2) and a standard deviation of 0.28 in the dimension of the action research concept. Moreover, there is a need for teachers of gifted students to build a proposed training program to develop action research skills in the dimension of the action research skills with an average of 1.48 in the second category of (from 1.50-2) with a standard deviation of 0.41.
There was a need to build a proposed training program to develop action research skills for teachers of Gifted students with an average of 1.62 in the second category of (from 1.50-2) with a standard deviation of 0.38 in general. The training requirement for teachers on the questionnaire was 100%. In light of this, the researchers built the training program by adopting the general plan to build the training program for gifted education teachers according to criteria of an integrated matrix for the objectives of MIT to build training curricula.
