تطويـــر سياســـات قبـــول الطـــلاب فـــي التعليـــم الجامعـــي

 البحث إلى التوصل لمجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لتطوير سياسات قبول الطلاب بالتعليم الجامعى وذلک من خلال التعرف على موقع الطلاب فى التعليم الجامعى والتعرف على العوامل المؤثرة على سياسات القبول وأنواعها، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى لتحقيق أهدافه، کما توصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج منها: أدت زيادة الاقبال على الالتحاق بالتعليم الجامعي إلى أن لجأت کثير من الدول إلى التوسع الکمي في عدد الجامعات دونما اهتمام بالجودة والکفاءة مما نتج عنه ضعف مستوى خريجي التعليم الجامعي وعدم قدرتها على الاستجابة لمتطلبات سوق العمل ولاسيما في الدول العربية، تختلف سياسة القبول المتبعة في أي نظام تعليمي جامعي تبعًا لاختلاف أيدولوجية المجتمع (اشتراکيًا – رأسماليًا). 
 
Abstract
The research aims to reach a group of necessary requirements for the development of students’ admission policies in higher education through the identification of students’ status in higher education and identifying the factors affecting the acceptance policies and their types. The research used the descriptive approach to achieve its goals. The research found a group of results, mainly: the increase in the popularity to join higher education has led many countries to quantitative expansion in the number of universities without attention to quality and efficiency, resulting in a low level of graduates of higher education and its inability to meet the requirements of the labor market, especially in Arab countries. Admission policy followed in any higher education system varies depending on the society’s different ideology (socialist - capitalist).
