اضطراب الشخصية النرجسية وعلاقته بالطموح المهني لدى طــلاب الجامعــة (دراسة سيکومترية- کلينيکية)

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين اضطراب الشخصية النرجسية والطموح المهني لدى طلاب الجامعة، ووصف اختلاف ديناميات الشخصية النرجسية مع اختلاف درجة الاضطراب لديهم، وتحقيقًا لهذا الهدف تم إجراء البحث على عينة قوامها 320 طالبًا وطالبة (120 ذکور،200إناث) من طلاب کليتي التربية والطب البشري بجامعة الزقازيق، تراوحت أعمارهم بين 19-24 عامًا بمتوسط عمر زمني21,37 عامًا، وانحراف معياري قدره 3,33، وبعد تطبيق مقياسي اضطراب الشخصية النرجسية والطموح المهني. أوضحت أهم النتائج وجود ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيًا بين اضطراب الشخصية النرجسية و الطموح المهني، ووجود ديناميات شخصية مميزة لذوي اضطراب الشخصية النرجسية تختلف باختلاف درجة الاضطراب.
Narcissistic Personality Disorder and its Relationship 
to Career Aspiration in university students
Abstract
This research aimed to identify the relationship between narcissistic personality disorder and career aspiration in university students and described the difference in the dynamics of narcissistic personality with different degrees of disorder in them. It was conducted on 320 university students (200 females and 120 males) from both faculty of education and faculty of medicine with their age ranged from 19 to 24 years (Mean ± SD = 21.37 ± 3.33), they completed narcissistic personality disorder scale and career aspiration scale. Results showed a positive significant correlation between narcissistic personality disorder and career aspiration.
