معوقات تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت وسبل التغلب عليها

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد الإجراءات المقترحة للتغلب على المعوقات التي تواجه مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت عند تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية، وذلک من خلال: التعرف على الأسس النظرية لهندسة العمليات الإدارية، وتحديد ملامح إدارة مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت في الوقت الحاضر، والکشف عن المعوقات التي تواجه مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت في الوقت الحاضر، وتحديد الإجراءات المقترحة للتغلب على معوقات تطبيق هندسة العمليات الإدارية على مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت، ومن نتائج البحث أنه أصبح من الأهمية بمکان: تدريب العاملين على مراحل تطبيق إعادة الهندسة الإدارية، ونشر ثقافة هندسة العمليات الإدارية بين کافة العاملين بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وتوظيف مستجدات الثورة التکنولوجية في إطار تطبيق الهندسة الإدارية، والاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في مجال إعادة الهندسة محلياً وإقليمياً وعالمياً، والترکيز على البعثات الخارجية لقيادات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال والعاملين بها إلى الدول الناجحة في هذا المجال، ودعم تبادل الخبرات بين مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في المنطقة التعليمية الواحدة أو على مستوى الدولة ککل، والترکيز على المرجعية النظامية عبر إعادة النظر في اللوائح والقوانين الحاکمة لهذه المرحلة ووحداتها المختلفة، وتبسيط إجراءات العمل من إدارة المرحلة إلى الروضات المختلفة عبر  استخدام التکنولوجيا الحديثة 
 
Abstract
The current research aims to define the proposed procedures to overcome the obstacles facing kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait when applying administrative operations engineering, by: identifying the theoretical foundations for engineering operations management, and specifying the features of the administration of kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait at the present time, and revealing the obstacles Facing kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait at the present time, and defining the proposed procedures to overcome obstacles to applying administrative process engineering to kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait, and from the results of the research, it has become of great importance: training workers in phases of development It is a matter of re-engineering management, and spreading the culture of management process engineering among all workers in kindergarten institutions, employing the developments of the technological revolution in the framework of applying administrative engineering, and benefiting from successful experiences in the field of re-engineering locally, regionally and globally, and focusing on external missions of kindergarten institutions leaders and their workers to Successful countries in this field, support the exchange of experiences between kindergarten institutions in the same educational region or at the state level as a whole, and focus on the systematic reference by reviewing the regulations and laws governing this stage and Various units, streamlining the working procedures of the stage management to various preschools through the use of modern technology.
