الدور التربوي للاتحادات الطلابية في تحصين طلاب الجامعة بمصر ضد مخاطر حروب الجيل الرابع

   استهدفت الدراسة الحالية استنباط الدور التربوي الذي يتوجب على الاتحادات الطلابية الجامعية القيام به لتحصين طلاب الجامعة في مصر ضد مخاطر حروب الجيل الرابع، ومن ثَمَّ اقتراح مجموعة من الآليات التي يُمکن أن تُساعد الاتحادات الطلابية على القيام بهذا الدور, وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي؛ حيث تم تحليل الأدبيات التي تناولت مفهوم حروب الجيل الرابع وخصائصها، وأهم الآليات التي تستخدمها لتحقيق أهدافها، وکذا أهم تأثيراتها على عقول الشباب الجامعي, والمخاطر المترتبة على هذا النوع الجديد من الحروب،  وکذلک إلقاء الضوء على مفهوم وأهداف الاتحادات الطلابية في مصر في ضوء النصوص القانونية الواردة في هذا الشأن، واقتراح مجموعة من الأدوار التربوية التي يُمکن أن تقوم بها الاتحادات الطلابية في ضوء أهدافها؛ لتحصين طلاب الجامعات ضد مخاطر حروب الجيل الرابع، ومجموعة من الآليات التي يُمکن أن تُساعدها على القيام بهذه الأدوار، ثُم عرض مجموعة الأدوار التربوية المقترحة على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والقيادات الأکاديمية  (العمداء - الوکلاء - رؤساء الأقسام) من ثلاث کليات بجامعة الأسکندرية وهي: (کلية التربية ، وکلية الآداب ، وکلية التربية النوعية) ، وذلک للتعرف على أرائهم حول کُلِّ من درجة أهمية الأدوار التربوية المقترحة للاتحادات الطلابية لتحصين الطلاب ضد  مخاطر حروب الجيل الرابع، ومدى مناسبة الآليات المقترحة لمساعدة الاتحادات الطلابية على القيام بهذه الأدوار.
     ومن خلال نتائج التحليل الإحصائي لاستجابات أفراد العينة، تم  استخلاص مجموعة الأدوار التربوية والآليات - کما اتفقت عينة الدراسة - التي يجب أن تضطلع بها الاتحادات الطلابية لتحصين طلاب الجامعات ضد مخاطر حروب الجيل الرابع، وطرح مجموعة من التوصيات اللازمة لتفعيل هذه الأدوار وتلک الآليات.
Abstract
The current study aimed at investigating as well as articulating the educational role that University Student Unions ( USU ) should play to immunize university students in Egypt against the dangers of fourth-generation wars, and to propose a set of appropriate mechanisms that can help USU to play this role. The study adopted the descriptive approach in analyzing the literature that dealt with the concept of fourth generation wars as well as their characteristics, and the most important mechanisms they use to achieve their goals in influencing the minds of university youth and the dangers arising from this new type of wars as well as shedding light on the concept and goals of student unions in Egypt as indicated in the legal documents in this regard, in order to propose a set of educational roles that can be played by USU in the light of its goals to immunize students against the dangers of fourth-generation wars. A set of mechanisms that can help in fulfilling these roles, and then display the proposed educational role were presented  to a sample of faculty and academic leaders (Deans - Vice Deans - heads  of departments) from three colleges at Alexandria University : College of Education, College of Arts, College of Specific Education , in order to get to know their views on the degree of importance of the proposed mechanisms. The proposed educational roles of USU to immunize students against the dangers of fourth-generation wars, and the appropriateness of the proposed mechanisms to help student unions to fulfill these roles.
According to the results of statistical analysis, a group of educational roles and mechanisms agreed upon by the study sample that the USU must perform to immunize university students against the dangers of the fourth generation wars were drawn out, and a set of recommendations necessary to activate these roles and those mechanisms were articulated.
