الجامعة الريادية وتطوير التعليم الجامعى المصرى فى ضوء متطلباتها " دراسة استشرافية"

استهدف البحث الحالى التعرف على واقع التعليم الجامعى المصرى، والتعرف على مفهوم الجامعة الريادية وأهدافها وأهميتها، وکذلک التعرف على متطلبات التحول نحو صيغة الجامعة الريادية، واستخدم البحث الحالى المنهج الوصفى لدراسة المشکلة، وتوصل فى نتائجه إلى أن الجامعة الريادية نموذج حاسم للابتکار في المجتمعات القائمة على المعرفة، تسعى إلى تطوير نموذج جديد لرأس المال البشري قادر على التکيف بسرعة مع التغيرات الموجودة فى المجتمع، وکذلک معالجة التنمية المجتمعية والابتکار، وبالتالي ضمان الاستدامة الاقتصادية والتکنولوجية والبيئية.
 
Entrepreneurial university and developing Egyptian university education in light of its requirements
(A prospective Study)
 
Abstract
The current research aimed to identify the reality of Egyptian university education, and to identify the concept of the entrepreneurial university, its goals and its importance, as well as to identify the requirements for a shift towards the form of the entrepreneurial university, and the current research used the descriptive approach to study the problem, and found in its results that the entrepreneurial university is a critical model for innovation in societies based on Knowledge, seeks to develop a new model of human capital capable of adapting rapidly to the changes in society, as well as addressing societal development and innovation, thus ensuring economic, technological and environmental sustainability.
