تجسير الفجوة بين مخرجات التعليم الجامعى المصرى وسوق العمل فى ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة "دراسة تحليلية"

هدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل الفجوة بين المهارات المتوفرة فعلياً لدى مخرجات التعليم الجامعى المصرى وبين المهارات المطلوبة لسوق العمل المستقبلى القائم على مهن ووظائف جديدة ،فى ضوء التحديات المجتمعية المستمرة ولا سيما الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وما يرتبط بها من تقنيات ومتطلبات تتجه نحو مستقبل تکنولوجى متطور.
واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى ،وأسلوب تحليل الفجوات لدراسة وتحليل الواقع القائم والمستقبل المرغوب فيه.
وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل فى:
1. ضعف ملاءمة مهارات مخرجات التعليم الجامعى المصرى الحالية لسوق العمل المستقبلى.
2. وضع مجموعة من المقترحات لتجسير الفجوة بين مخرجات التعليم الجامعى وسوق العمل فى ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the gap between the skills that are actually available in the outputs of Egyptian university education and the skills required for the future labor market based on new professions and jobs, in light of the ongoing societal challenges, especially the fourth industrial revolution and the associated technologies and requirements that move towards an advanced technological future.
The research used the gap analysis method to study and analyze the existing reality and the desired future.
The research reached a set of results, which are:
1. Poor relevance of the current education outcomes skills to the future job market.
2. Developing a set of proposals to bridge the gap between the outputs of university education and the labor market in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
