استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على کيفية تفعيل دور مجالس رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت على ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإستراتيجية، وذلک من خلال الکشف عن الأسس النظرية للإدارة الإستراتيجية في الأدبيات المعاصرة، والوقوف على ملامح مجالس رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت في الوقت الحاضر، وتحديد أهم الإجراءات المقترحة لتفعيل دور مجالس رياض الأطفال بدولة الکويت، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافه العلمية ويجيب عن تساؤلاته البحثية، وکان من أبرز نتائجه أن الإدارة الإستراتيجية تعبر عن تصور الرؤى المستقبلية لرياض الأطفال، کما أنها تحدد رسالة وغايات المؤسسة، وتعتمد على التحرک المرحلي الذي يأخذ بعين الاعتبار ظروف البيئة الداخلية وعناصر البيئة الخارجية لرياض الأطفال، بالإضافة إلى کونها تسعى إلى تحقيق أهداف رياض الأطفال وغاياتها في المدى القصير والمتوسط والبعيد، وترکز على تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف الموجودة في البيئة الداخلية للمؤسسة.
 
Abstract in Arabic
The current research aimed to identify how to activate the role of kindergarten councils in the State of Kuwait in light of the approach to strategic management, by revealing the theoretical foundations of strategic management in contemporary literature, and identifying the features of kindergarten boards in the State of Kuwait at the present time, and determining the most important proposed measures to activate the role of Kindergarten councils in the State of Kuwait, and the research used the descriptive approach in order to achieve its scientific goals and answer its research questions. One of its most prominent results was that the strategic management expresses the perception of the future visions of the kindergarten, as it defines the mission and goals of the institution, and depends on the phased move that takes into account the circumstances The internal environment and elements of the external environment of the kindergarten, in addition to the fact that it seeks to achieve the goals and objectives of the kindergarten in the short, medium and long terms, and focuses on identifying the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment of the institution.
