آليات مقترحة لتطوير البحث العلمي في مصر في ضوء خصائص عصر المعرفة

    هدف البحث إلى التعرف على تطوير البحث العلمي في مصر في ضوء خصائص عصر المعرفة، کما هدف أيضا إلى التعرف على مقومات البحث العلمي في عصر التقدم التکنولوجي، وذلک باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاعتماد على الادبيات والرجوع للدراسات السابقة الخاصة بالبحث، وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: اختلاف هذا العصر عن العصور السابقة في الکم الهائل من المعرفة والتطوير والتغيير المتسارعين عن ذي قبل بشکل لم يسبق له مثيل، ضعف الکثير من البحوث العلمية نتيجة لعدم مسايرتها للتغيرات الحادثة في عصر المعرفة، وعلى ضوء تلک النتائج قد أوص الباحث: بتوفير منصات الکترونية معرفية متخصصة تسهم في تبادل المعرفة في ما بين المؤسسات المختلفة، ضرورة توفير المؤسسات بنية تحتية حديثة لنظم وقواعد البيانات المعرفية، کما أوصى أيضا بضرورة ارتباط البحوث العلمية للواقع ومسايرة التغيرات الحادثة.

The aim of the research is to identify the development of scientific research in Egypt in light of the characteristics of the age of knowledge. It also aimed to identify the components of scientific research in the era of technological progress, using the descriptive and analytical method, relying on literature and referring to previous studies on research. The research has reached a group Among the most important results are: the difference of this era from previous eras in the vast amount of knowledge, development and change accelerating from before in an unprecedented way, the weakness of much scientific research as a result of not keeping pace with the changes occurring in the era of knowledge, In light of these results, the researcher recommended: Providing specialized electronic knowledge platforms that contribute to the exchange of knowledge between different institutions, the necessity for institutions to provide modern infrastructure for knowledge systems and databases, and also recommended the necessity for scientific research to relate to reality and keep pace with the changes taking place, and to employ the results of scientific research In the service of institutions in society.
