أساليب إدارة المدرسة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت في تنمية الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين بها "دراسة تحليلية ورؤية عصرية"

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على کيفية تنمية إدارة المدرسة المتوسطة الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين بها، وذلک من خلال التعرف على أهم ملامح المدرسة المتوسطة بالمجتمع الکويتي في الوقت الحاضر، والکشف عن أهم محددات الإبداع الإداري، وکذلک الوقوف على أهم الأساليب التي تلجأ إليها إدارة المدرسة المتوسطة في تنمية الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين بها بالإضافة إلى تحديد أهم الإجراءات المقترحة لتنمية الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين بالمدرسة المتوسطة، ووظف البحث المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافه ويجيب عن تساؤلاته وکان من أبرز نتائجه تتدنى روح المسئولية عند بعض مديري المدارس المتوسطة بمختلف المناطق التعليمية حيث النتائج المتواضعة للمدرسة، وتدني روح الانضباط لدى بعض العاملين بالمدارس المتوسطة مع إهمال الواجبات والمسئوليات المناطة بهم، بالإضافة إلى حاجة المدارس المتوسطة بمختلف المناطق التعليمية إلى تعزيز الدعم المالي لها لتبني الأفکار الإبداعية ومحاولة جعلها واقعاً

The current research aims to identify how the middle school administration develops the administrative creativity of its employees, by identifying the most important features of the middle school in Kuwaiti society at the present time, and revealing the most important determinants of administrative creativity, as well as identifying the most important methods used by the middle school administration In developing administrative creativity among its employees, in addition to identifying the most important measures proposed to develop administrative creativity among middle school employees, the research employed the descriptive approach in order to achieve its goals and answer its questions, and one of its most prominent results was the low spirit of responsibility among some middle school principals in various educational districts where the school's modest results And the lack of discipline among some middle school workers while neglecting the duties and responsibilities entrusted to them, in addition to the need for middle schools in various school districts to enhance financial support for them to adopt creative ideas and try to make them a tangible reality.
