بناء الشرکات الدولية بالتعليم الفني الدوافع والطموحات

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور الشراکات الدولية فى تطوير الأداء بمؤسسات التعليم الفني، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على متطلبات بناء الشراکات الدولية بمؤسسات التعليم الفني، واستخدم البحث الحالى المنهج الوصفى التحليلي، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها الدور الفعال للشراکات الدولية بالتعليم الفني فى المساهمة فى إعداد القوى البشرية وتنميتها، وتوفير بيئة تنافسية للمؤسسات التعليمية وزيادة مهارات الطلاب ومعارفهم وتطوير خبراتهم مع خلق المنافسة التعليمية والاستفادة من المهارات المتخصصة التى يقدمها الشرکاء، وکذلک الاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة فى مجال تطوير التعليم الفني، وفى ضوء تلک النتائج يوصى البحث بضرورة الانخراط فى بناء الشراکات الدولية مع المؤسسات المختلفة مع مراعاة تحقيق المتطلبات اللازمة لضمان نجاح تلک الشرکات وتحقيق أهدافها المرجوة.

The current research aimed to identify the role of international partnerships in developing performance in technical education institutions, In addition to identifying the requirements for building international partnerships, he current research used the descriptive and analytical approach, The research reached a set of results, the most important of which is the effective role of international partnerships in technical education in contributing to the preparation and development of manpower, providing a competitive environment for educational institutions, increasing students' skills and knowledge, developing their experiences while creating educational competition and benefiting from the specialized skills provided by partners, as well as benefiting from successful experiences in The field of technical education development, and in light of these results, the research recommends the need to engage in building international partnerships with various institutions, taking into account the fulfillment of the requirements necessary to ensure the success of these companies and the achievement of their desired goals.
