استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على أهم المضامين التربوية للقيادة المبادرة وإمکانية الإفادة منها في تحقيق وظائف المدرسة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت، وذلک من خلال التعرف على أهم المضامين التربوية للقيادة المبادرة، والکشف عن أهم وظائف المدرسة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت في الوقت الحاضر بالإضافة إلى تحديد أهم الدروس المستفادة من المضامين التربوية للقيادة المبادرة لتحقيق وظائف المدرسة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت، ووظف المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافه البحثية ويجيب عن تساؤلاته العلمية وکان من أبرز نتائجه أن قيادات المدارس المتوسطة بمختلف المناطق التعليمية تهتم بإدراج مشاکل العمل وحلها بصورة سريعة على ضوء الإمکانات المتاحة، کما أنها تشارک بعض العاملين في صناعة القرار المدرسي واتخاذه على ضوء مبدأ الثقة بينها وبين هؤلاء العاملين، ناهيک عن کونها ترکز على نقاط القوة والضعف الموجودة لدى العاملين وتحرص على تعزيز الأولى ومعالجة الثانية.
 
Abstract
The current research aimed to identify the most important educational contents of the initiative leadership and the possibility of benefiting from it in achieving the functions of the middle school in the State of Kuwait, by identifying the most important educational contents of the initiative leadership, and revealing the most important functions of the middle school in the State of Kuwait at the present time in addition to identifying the most important lessons learned from The educational implications of the initiative leadership to achieve the functions of the middle school in the State of Kuwait, and the descriptive approach was employed in order to achieve its research objectives and answer its scientific questions. One of its most prominent results was that the leaders of the middle schools in the various educational regions are concerned with the inclusion of work problems and quickly solve them in light of the available capabilities, as well as the participation of some workers In school decision-making and taking it in light of the principle of trust between it and these workers, not to mention that it focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of the workers and is keen to strengthen the first and address the second.
