The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of an interactive e-book for developing French phonetics skills in the French language among a sample of second year students at the Faculty of Education, French Language department. The sample included sixty students who were divided into two groups, each group contain thirty students, the first experimental and the second control. The research resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are: the effectiveness of the interactive e-book in developing the phonetic skills of the French language among the sample students; Where a statistically significant difference was found at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre/post test of the phonetic skills test in the French language in favor of the post test, and a statistically significant difference was also found between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post test of French phonetic skills in favor of post-test, which confirms the effectiveness of the e-book in developing French phonetics skills, for second year students of the French Language department, Faculty of Education, Al-Azhar University
