متطلبات تحقيق ضمان الجودة بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني في مصر

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على متطلبات تحقيق ضمان الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوي الفني، بالإضافة إلى الوقوف على المبادئ الأساسية اللازمة لضمان الجودة بتلک المؤسسات، وکذلک الآليات التى يجب يمکن اتباعها لتحقيق ضمان الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوي الفني، وقد استخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود العديد من التحديات التى تواجه مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي الفني، وتعدد احتياجات سوق العمل وتغيرها بصورة مستمرة، وکذلک التطور المستمر لأساليب التقويم والأنظمة التعليمية للمؤسسات التعليمية، وبناءاً على هذه النتائج أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة العمل على تحقيق ضمان الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوى الفني لمواجهة تحديات ومتغيرات سوق العمل المستمرة، ضرورة اعتماد أحدث المناهج التعليمية والأساليب التقويمية لتحقيق ضمان الجودة بالمنظومة التعليمية بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوي الفني.
 
Abstract
        The current research aimed to identify the requirements for achieving quality assurance in technical secondary education institutions, in addition to identifying the basic principles necessary to ensure quality in these institutions, as well as the mechanisms that must be followed to achieve quality assurance in technical secondary education institutions. The current research used the descriptive analytical approach, and reached The research resulted in several results, the most important of which are: the presence of many challenges facing technical secondary education institutions, the multiplicity and continuous change of the labor market needs, as well as the continuous development of evaluation methods and educational systems for educational institutions, and based on these results the research recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The necessity of working to achieve Quality assurance in technical secondary education institutions to meet the ongoing challenges and changes of the labor market, the necessity of adopting the latest educational curricula and evaluation methods to achieve quality assurance in the educational system in technical secondary education institutions.
