درجة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة شقراء بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي

     هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن درجة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة شقراء بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي (الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث، بإجراء البحث، بکتابة تقرير البحث العلمي، وبنشر البحث), والفـروق في درجة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي وفق متغيرات: الکلية (التربية - العلوم والدراسات الإنسانية)، المؤهل العلمي (أستاذ مساعد - أستاذ مشارک)، الجنس  (ذکور - إناث), وعدد سنوات الخبرة  (من 3 إلى أقل من 6 سنوات- من 6 إلى أقل من 10 سنوات -أکثر من 10 سنوات), ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ,وتکونت العينة النهائية من (100) عضو هيئة تدريس بالتخصصات المختلفة التربوية والعلوم والدراسات الإنسانية (57 عضو هيئة تدريس بکلية التربية)، (43عضو هيئة تدريس بالعلوم والدراسات الإنسانية), من الجنسين (60 من الذکور، 40 من الإناث)، طبقت عليهم أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة التزام أفراد عينة البحث بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة جدًا في الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث, وبإجراء البحث, وبکتابة تقرير البحث العلمي, وبنشر البحث، کما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في درجة التزام أفراد عينة الدراسة بأبعاد الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث، وبإجراء البحث, وبکتابة تقرير البحث, والدرجة الکلية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي, وفق متغير الکلية، بينما لم توجد فروق في درجة الالتزام بأبعاد الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث، وبکتابة تقرير البحث, وبنشر البحث, والدرجة الکلية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي, وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي، کما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث، وکتابة تقرير البحث  وفق متغير الجنس، وعدم وجود فروق في درجة الالتزام بأبعاد الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث، وإجراء البحث, وکتابة تقرير البحث, ونشر البحث, والدرجة الکلية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي, وفق عدد سنوات الخبرة, حيث جاءت قيم (Z) غير دالة إحصائياً, في حين وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً في الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بنشر البحث, وفق متغير الکلية لصالح کلية التربية, وفي الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بإجراء البحث, وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح أستاذ مساعد, وفي درجة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة شقراء بأبعاد الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بإجراء البحث, ونشر البحث, والدرجة الکلية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي لصالح الذکور.

Abstract:
The study aimed to reveal the degree of commitment of faculty members at Shaqra University to the ethics of scientific research (ethics related to choosing a research topic, conducting research, writing a scientific research report, and publishing the research), And the differences in the degree of commitment of faculty members to the ethics of scientific research according to the variables: college (education - science and human studies), educational qualification (assistant professor - associate professor), gender (male - female), and number of years of experience (from 3 to less than 6 years).- From 6 to less than 10 years - More than 10 years), To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive, analytical was used, and the final sample consisted of (100) faculty members in various educational disciplines, studies and humanities (57 faculty members in the College of Education, 43 faculty members in studies and humanities of both sexes (60 males, 40 Females), The scientific research ethics was applied on them (Survey), The study concluded that the degree of commitment of the research١ sample members to the ethics of scientific research came very high degree in ethics related to choosing a topic, conducting research, writing a scientific research report ,and publishing the research, while there were no differences in the degree of commitment to the dimensions of ethics related to choosing the research topic, writing the research report and publishing the research, and the total degree of scientific research ethics according to the college variable, and while there were no differences in the degree of commitment to the dimensions of ethics related to choosing the research topic, writing the research report, publishing the research, and the overall degree of scientific research ethics, according to the educational qualification variable, and there were no statistically significant differences in ethics related to the selection of the research topic ,and writing the research report according to the variable Gender, and there were no differences in the degree of commitment to the dimensions of ethics related to choosing the research topic conducting the research, and writing the research report, publishing the research, and the overall degree of scientific research ethics, according to the number of years of experience, where the values of (Z) were not statistically significant ,While there were statistically significant differences in the ethics related to publishing the research, according to the college variability in the direction of the College of Education, And in the ethics related to conducting research, according to the educational qualification variable in the direction of an assistant professor. And in the degree of commitment of faculty members at Shaqra University to the dimensions of ethics related to conducting the research, and publishing the research and the overall degree of scientific research ethics in the direction of males.
