The present study aimed to investigate the role of Arabic language in developing values of tolerance, peace, and respect the law through using the expressions of kindness and emotion among non-native Arabic language learners. To achieve this goal, the present study analyzed some representative sample of expressions, words and instructions used in Arabic in daily life, as well as some texts used in the text- books of nudity. Language plays an essential role in giving learners values and virtues by including the linguistic texts provided to them words and expressions that include those values which is called the language of kindness and emotion. Kindness and emotion are considered one of the most important social linguistic phenomena that contribute to instill values , virtues and closer relations between the people. They are keen to be the conversation between them formulated in terms of soft-impacted and appreciated between them. By defining the concept of values, the function of the Arabic language in its acquisition of non-native Arabic language learners, and the reasons for resorting to specific words such as words of kindness. In this paper, we mean the choice of words and phrases that carry a supreme value meaning that preserves the feelings of the addressee and the recipient, and creates a psychological atmosphere of love, tolerance and respect for the law. The results of the study revealed that there are some phrases, methods and words in the Arabic language that may lead some learners to undesirable behaviors'
