مدى تأثير البنية التحتية المعلوماتية والکفايات المهنية التکنولوجية فى تنمية مهارات إدارة التعلم عن بُعد لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة کفر الشيخ في ظل أزمة فيروس کورونا المستجد The Impact of Information Infrastructure and Technological Professional Competencies on the Development of Distance Learning Management Skills among Faculty Members at K

يهدف البحث الحالى إلى التعرف على تأثير البنية التحتية المعلوماتية والکفايات المهنية التکنولوجية فى تنمية مهارات إدارة التعلم عن بُعد لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة کفر الشيخ في ظل أزمة فيروس کورونا المستجد، وقد توصلت نتائج إستبيان البنية التحتية التکنولوجية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وجود قصور فى محور الامکانات المادية ومحور البرمجيات وآليات التواصل، بينما لم يبدوا أعضاء هيئة التدريس أى رأى فيما يخص الامکانات البشرية، کما دلت نتائج إستبيان الکفايات المهنية التکنولوجية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس أن المحور الأول وهو الکفايات المهنية التکنولوجية العامة متوفرة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والمحور الثانى الکفايات التکنولوجية المتعلقة بعلوم الحاسب الالى متوفر لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والمحور الثالث الکفايات التکنولوجية المتعلقة بالثقافة المعلوماتية وخدمات الانترنت أظهرت النتائج أنه لم يبدوا أعضاء هيئة التدريس أى رأى فى ذلک، المحور الرابع الکفايات التکنولوجية المتعلقة باعداد المقررات الالکترونية أظهرت النتائج أنه غير متوفر لدى لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ودلت نتائج مقياس ادارة التعلم عن بعد أن المحور الأول التعامل مع خدمات الانترنت أظهرت النتائج أنه غير متوفر لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، المحور الثاني تفعيل خدمات البريد الالکترونى Office365 لأعضاء هيئة التدريس غير متوفر لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، المحور الثالث تفعيل المنصات التعليمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لم يبدوا أعضاء هيئة التدريس رأى فى ذلک، المحور الرابع التعامل مع مواقع التواصل الاجتماعى لأعضاء هيئة التدريس أنه متوفر لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، المحور الخامس التعامل مع المواقع الالکترونية الرسمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس أنه لم يبدوا أعضاء هيئة التدريس رأى فى ذلک.
 
The current research aims to identify the impact of information infrastructure and technological professional competencies in developing distance learning management skills among the faculty members at Kafr El-Sheikh University in light of the Covid-19 crisis.From the faculty members' point of view, there is a shortage in material( financial) capabilities, software focus and communication mechanisms. On the other hand, their opinion was neutral regarding human potential. The results of the technological professional competence questionnaire among the faculty members also indicate that the first axis, which is the general technological professional competencies, is available to the faculty members; the second axis, which is related to computer science, is also available to the faculty members. Regarding the third axis, which is the technological competencies related to information culture and internet services, results show that it is neutral among the faculty members.The results regarding the axis of technological competencies related to preparing electronic courses display that these competencies are not available for the faculty members.The results of the distance learning administration scale indicate that: the first axis, which is dealing with Internet services, is not available to the faculty members; the second axis, which is activating Office365 email services, is not available for faculty members; the third axis regarding the activation of educational platforms for the teaching staff is neutral; the fourth axis, which is dealing with social media is available to the faculty members; and the fifth axis regarding dealing with the official websites is neutral among the faculty members.
